What happened
Firstly I was driving at 60km's hour when this car pulled out infront of me from his driveway, & proceeded to drive slowly. I then saw him further up near a round a bout, he pulled out when there was a car already on the round a bout coming from his right & just missed him- this driver tooted their horn.
