What happened
This driver was totaly oblivious of their right , did not actually look until my side mirror clipped their boot corner. I was coming down Eilinborough St they were turning riht from the Barton Hwy.

I saw them and they had stopped there was a car coming from their left as well. I foolishly assumed that they were actually looking, as soon as the car on the left had apssed they pulled out with out a second look.

I was to busy avoiding them to see the number plate.
